If you do not have any text yet don't worry, we will just use 'placer' text.
You will be able to simply log into your site and paste / type your own text once you have it available.

If you do have text please send this over as a document (or similar) file.
In this document you will need to place the sites content in the following format:

What ever the reason we can help you out as we have a number of amazing writers available. All you need to do is simply let us know what you want us to write about and one of our professional writers can create some perfect text for you.
Content writing is priced per 350 word page. The price is $30+gst per page.


Please remember that the first 6 pages are set up for free.
You can set up more pages later yourself for free or we can add them now for a small per page charge.
Please note we use an automatic program that simply copies the information that you supply to us directly into your site.
Due to this you need to ensure it is sent to us in the way you want it displayed on your site ie with correct formatting / spelling etc.

Images / Photos:

Every website should have at least a couple of pictures. This helps to break up text and adds visual appeal to your website. This in turn can help sway those extra potential customers who are currently browsing online for your product. If you want photos / images displayed on your site you will need to send them to us or purchase them from us.

Page images:

Each informational page set up can have a picture displayed on it.
(we will add the first image on each page for you, additional images can be added by yourself for free or by us for a small fee)
If you would like a photo displayed on the page simply rename the image to the page that you want it displayed on (eg aboutus.jpg)

Home Page Rotating Images:

Each site can have 4 sliding images displayed on the main page.
This is to showcase what your business does and the services / products that you have available. If done correctly this will look very effective.
If you wish to have these sliding images displayed on your home page we will need to receive the photos / images from you.
These can be of anything you like (eg products, office, staff etc..)
Please ensure these photos are landscape (ie displayed sideways) and at least 800 pixels wide (we need decent quality pictures or they will look pixelated / grainy)

Want images but don't have any?

We are currently joined with a number of different professional photo sites. these sites have thousands of professional images available, mostly taken by expert photographers.
Let us know how may you require for your site and we can start to find that perfect snap.
Each stock photo is available on a pay once but leased basis and is $35+gst per photo.
(please note these photos are leased to us and can only be used / displayed on a WebShot run website)

If you have a site already:

As you currently have a website set up already there are a couple of extra things you need to do:

Content:

From your current site you should gather any information you want to keep as you will soon not have access to this.
(please note we can not do this for you and due to formatting issues we are unable to simply copy the data across)

UDAI:

We will also need to get access to your domain
To do this we need something called a UDAI
If you contact your current registrar they will send this to you, or tell you where to get it from.
Once you have it please forward it through and we can transfer it over to our server.

Current Email Address:

Each of our packages include 1 x POP3 email address.
As you already have a site you probably have one set up. Please let us know what this is.
If you want multiple account let us know what they are.
We can set up additional email accounts for only $20+gst per year

To make it easier to keep track of please gather all the information / images you want on your sites and then email them to us all at once. While we love getting emails from you, it makes it very hard to keep track of everything if you send us a bunch of emails with different information and attachments.

So please make sure you review the above details as this will speed up the site building process and ensure your site is a success.
